Rourkela Steel Plant invites applications from interested and eligible candidates for filling up the following posts:

Vacancy details :
1)Jr. Operator/Technician-cum-Attendant (Trainee) – 80 posts
Age limit : 28 years
qualification :Matric and ITI in the trade of Fitter / Electrician / Welder / Machinist / Turner/ Diesel Mechanic / Electronics / Instrumentation / Refrigeration & AC
2)Jr. Operator/Technician-cum-Attendant (S-1) – 50 posts
Age Limit : 30 years
Qualification : Matric and ITI with 2 (two) years experience in Steel industry.
3)Operator-cum-Technician (S-3) – 50 posts
Age Limit : 30 years
Qualification : Matric and Diploma in Engineering in the discipline of Metallurgy / Mechanical/ Electrical / Civil / Electronics / Instrumentation with 2 (two) years experience in Steel industry
Selection Process :
(i) Eligible candidates will be required to appear in the Written Test.
(ii) Candidates found eligible in the Written Test will be required to appear in the Interview.
(iii) Date, Time & Place of the Written Test and Interview will be intimated to eligible candidates.
Application Fee :
An Account Payee Demand Draft of Rs.250/- (Rupees Two hundred Fifty only) (non-refundable) drawn on any Nationalized Bank, in favour of Steel Authority of India Ltd., Rourkela Steel Plant, Rourkela, payable at Rourkela.SC/ST/PWD/ESM candidates are exempted from payment of such Application Fee.
